Proud of their operation and they want to give you an opportunity to see it for yourself.  During July and August they have regularly scheduled tours 2 - 3 times a week.  For the rest of the year,  their tours are conducted on a "by request" basis. Please note that there is some stair climbing and walking on the tour.  They recommend their visitors wear pants, good footwear is required (closed-toed shoes), and the minimum age is 12 years old.

Since 1908, there has been a wood-fibre pulp mill at Port Mellon on the Sunshine Coast.
